What is GroupLink Online?
The name is probably fairly self-explanatory. It is an opportunity to link up with others to form a Life Group via an online form. Where is the form?

What is the difference between GroupLink and a Life Group?
We believe if you want to grow in your relationship with Jesus, you’ve got to have intentional relationships with people who have the same goal & a Life Group is the ideal place for that. You sign up via GroupLink Online to join a starter group that can become a permanent Life Group if you choose. In a Life Group, 8-14 adults meet regularly to pursue spiritual growth and healthy relationships. You’ll be encouraged to live out the truth you discover in the Bible even as you encourage others to do the same. Our Life Groups uphold our ABC’s (Accountability, Belonging & Care) very highly as they do “life together.”
What happens after I fill out the form?
After we have enough people, usually 8 or more, we will contact you to set up a meeting with the others who we feel like will be a good match to form a Life Group. At that meeting your group will be supplied a temporary leader and you will commence a Starter Group curriculum entitled, “Pathway to Progress,” that lasts for 8 sessions. At the end of that curriculum your group will decide whether to stay together or not.
How is childcare handled in Groups at Northridge?
Childcare is provided at the discretion of each group. To help give groups options we have instituted a Child Care Voucher System whereby the church will help you pay for babysitting. This creates a way for you to hire your own baby sitter, keep your children in their own environment and on their normal schedule and be reimbursed by the church.
