NORTHRIDGE KIDS

Preschool (Infant to Pre-K)

Our littles are at the beginning of their story.

We want them to know who the author of that story is and how He has made them infinitely valuable. Through interactive teaching and age-specific crafts and games that combine child development and theology principles, we introduce our littles to these magnificent truths: God made them, He loves them, and Jesus wants to be their friend forever.

We consider all of our Northridge Kids rooms as small groups. Now, we realize that it might sound a little strange to think of your one-year-old as a part of a small group. This ideology, though, does something powerful for our staff and volunteers. It reminds us that, whether they know and can verbalize it or not, your kids are a beloved and irreplaceable part of our biblical community. This means that at two years, three years, and four-years-old, they have a group of people who know them (and all their quirks), champion them, and are there to disciple them alongside you.

Elementary (K-5th)

We want children to leave each Sunday feeling known, loved, and accepted.

The Bible is never boring, so we offer a fun, age appropriate environment that allows kids to apply Biblical truths they learn each week. We engage children in large group where they will learn more about God through worship and storytelling as well as small group where they apply these principles surrounded by their peers.

Our 3 Big Truths are:

  • You can trust God no matter what.
  • You should treat others the way you want to be treated.
  • The Bible will help you make the wise choice.

SOAR

Our special needs ministry, affectionately known as SOAR,  is available for all children-infants through 5th grade-during all three services.

We are passionate about serving every child who walks through our doors. Our hopes are to meet the needs of kids—not regardless of their story, but with their story in mind. Whether they have medical challenges or learning differences, we want all kids to know that they are seen, known, and belong in God’s family and are created to impact the world for his Kingdom.
