ALL IN is a generosity initiative to fund the two-year ministry plan of our church while making room for one more by beginning to build a larger Worship Center and renovate existing spaces. We are challenging every person who calls Northridge home to make a two-year sacrificial commitment to fully engage in God’s plan for our church. Now is the time to be ALL IN, because one more matters!
FORWARD FAITH
At Northridge, we help people take their next step closer to Jesus. Every ministry in our church exists to help us fulfill that mission. As we continue to grow and expand our campus to accommodate that growth, we must have a FORWARD minded FAITH, ensuring that we boldly continue in each and every one of our ministries. The first component of our ALL IN initiative is to fund the two-year ministry plan of our church. We are going to write tomorrow’s stories with today’s faith.
BOLD STEPS
The Great Commission calls us to make more room to accommodate our one. We are in critical need of additional space because…
- We frequently run out of seats and need overflow spaces to accommodate our growth.
- Our Next Gen ministries are growing at a rapid pace and need room to keep inviting one more.
- Our staff and volunteers need more space to bring their big ministry plans to fruition.
The second component of ALL IN will be to begin building a larger Worship Center and renovate existing spaces to make room for one more in worship and one more in our Next Gen ministries. These are BOLD STEPS, but they allow us to ensure we do not miss out on the momentum and growth we are experiencing right now.
What excites me is [to see] a whole new addition that houses 200, 300, 400, 500 more people… and this building houses children. It’s just amazing to think of that many kids being in this space… We’re just mesmerized by how many young people are here, because we’re just not used to seeing this many kids involved with Christ. It amazes us.

We want everyone who calls Northridge home to be a part of this ALL IN initiative. We believe God will do amazing things through us as we take these next steps together.
The Advance Commitment Service will take place on March 12, 2025 at 6pm in the Worship Center. Commitment Sunday is March 23, 2025 during Sunday morning services.

We are trusting God to move through his people at Northridge to invest $10 million over the next two years to accomplish the vision he has given us.

We can do this… but only if we do it together.
The goal is to make heaven crowded and I think we’re doing a great job of that. We’ve got to continue what we’ve done so well…it’s important to get the community in these doors and take their next step.
